Is this Oakland, Ca or Libya?????

If you haven’t seen the video from Occupy Oakland you need to watch this, I have a hard time believing this is a city in the United States. Without having all the facts I can’t believe protesters were that out of control that would cause the police to throw tear gas into the crowd. The mayor of Oakland has to do better and the word is she will be meeting with the Occupy Oakland folks.

If think the Occupy protest are rinky-dink, think again!!!

F-A-Natic Fridays – Another STUPID Herman Cain ad….

Here we go again with another STUPID Herman Cain campaign ad, who the hell is doing the creative thinking for Cain’s campaign ads????

Does Cain review these ads before they are released? If so his judgement is poor and I definitely don’t want him making ANY crucial decisions for the United States.

WHO THE HELL IS NICK SEARCY???

So far Cain has some of the worse campaign ads I have ever seen, and what’s up with the creepy smile Cain gives at the end of his campaign ads?

So what I can gather from this ad is that they are trying to poke fun at President Obama for reading his speeches from a teleprompter and being a community organizer.  After more than 3 years of the Obama presidency this is all Herm and his crew got for Obama?!?!

GTFOH….

I guess killing Osama Bin Ladenal-Awlaki and helping to capture and kill Muammar Gaddafi doesn’t mean anything as well.  Instead Mr Searcy wants us to support the CEO of Godfather Pizza who would flipped-flopped on negotiating with terrorist, doesn’t know what a neoconservative is, and thinks it’s cool not knowing who are the leaders of middle eastern countries.

This guy can’t be serious, he makes Sarah Palin look like a viable candidate.  Come on GOP, you can do better than this!!

WTF/WTH Wednesdays – Herman Cain’s silly campaign

I would love to stop giving Herman Cain any attention but I just can’t help myself, THIS GUY IS HILARIOUS!!!

And like the title of one of his books “They Think You’re Stupid”, the “They” being Republicans.  If it’s not his lack of understanding of his OWN 9-9-9 Tax Plan (now 9-0-9), or his lack of respect for foreign affairs.  Week after week the Republican front-runner continues to be seen for what he really is…

HE’S NOT A REAL CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT!!!!

Yup, I said it.  This guy is running what seems to be an uninformed campaign with no real staff in a key state like New Hampshire and he continues to mis-speak on issues like negotiating with terrorists and abortion.

Ummmmmm…….

Herm, you can’t say a woman should have a right to choose and then say abortion should not be legal!!!!

Get it together MAN!!!

But hey Herm has to be getting serious about his campaign, as he just released a new ad….

If I may I’ll steal from Robert Littal aka @BlkSportsOnline that deserves the Jason Terry “Struggle” face

Jason Terry Struggle Face!!!

WTF????

1st of all who the hell is Mark Block and why is he smoking a cigarette?  I will give Mr Block credit for thing, you guys are definitely running a “campaign like nobody ever seen” and we have definitely “NEVER seen a candidate like Herman Cain” before.

Somebody PLEASE get this fool Herman Cain!!!

Militant Mondays – The Birther Issue Again???

Rick Perry

When President Obama released his birth certificate I thought this BIRTHER issue was dead.  Unfortunately in this circus known as the Republican Primary; we have FOOLS like Rick Perry who STILL want to grasp to crazy talk like birtherism.  At this point Rick Perry is struggling to put his campaign back on the right track, so in his infinite wisdom he has decided to go the route of Donald Trump and continue to question the president’s citizenship….

Reporter: Governor, do you believe that President Barack Obama was born in the United States?
Rick Perry: I have no reason to think otherwise.

Reporter: That’s not a definitive, “Yes, I believe he”—
Rick Perry: Well, I don’t have a definitive answer, because he’s never seen my birth certificate.

Reporter: But you’ve seen his.
Rick Perry: I don’t know. Have I?

Reporter: You don’t believe what’s been released?
Rick Perry: I don’t know. I had dinner with Donald Trump the other night.

Reporter: And?
Rick Perry: That came up.

Reporter: And he said?
Rick Perry: He doesn’t think it’s real.

Reporter: And you said?
Rick Perry: I don’t have any idea. It doesn’t matter. He’s the President of the United States. He’s elected. It’s a distractive issue.

1st off, Perry’s response to the reporter when asked for a definitive answer on if he believes the president was born in the United States

Well, I don’t have a definitive answer, because he’s never seen my birth certificate.

HUH????

WTH does Rick Perry’s birth certificate have to do with the president?

But in all seriousness, we know Rick Perry will not be the Republican nominee to challenge President Obama.  So we should not focus on the fool Rick Perry but focus on the one who didn’t say anything… Mitt Romney!  Time and time again Romney has made it a point to say that President Obama has failed at being a leader.  So where is Romney now?

This is the time when leaders step up and call out stupidity; but instead Mitt is TOO worried about offending nutbags on the FARRRRR right.  Actually we should not be surprised by the silence.  These are the same fools who remained silent when a Gay soldier was booed, and the idea of letting someone die because they don’t have health insurance was cheered at GOP Debates.

Former NY Giant Antonio Pierce calls out injured ex-teammates

Brandon Jacobs (27) and Justin Tuck (91)

Being that I live in NYC I don’t get the chance to hear other cities sports talk/analysis on their respective teams wins and losses, but I can say that in NYC during the football season it’s the same BS day in and day out.  When the NY Giants win, fans can’t stop talking about how unstoppable this team is or what they would do differently to improve.  And when the Giants lose, it’s now a common thing for former Giants who are now in the media to lay down some harsh criticism on the team.  To be honest I don’t have a problem with former Giants critiquing the squad; at times they add a unique perspective as they have been there and done that.  Over the years Giants fans have watched Tiki Barber (not these days), Michael Strahan and now Antonio Pierce give their insight.  As we all know not just any former player can criticize their old team, Tiki Barber learned that the hard way.

For the most part Strahan and Pierce have been able to level some of the harshest criticism towards the Giants, and after losing to the Seahawks this past Sunday we all knew someone would have something to say.  This time around that someone was Pierce….

Antonio Pierce

“To me if you don’t have an injury that needs surgery, or that’s severe, you need to be out there,”

“I don’t really know and I don’t want to question guys but if you are one of the leaders on the team, which Brandon Jacobs and Justin Tuck are, and you say you know what, the Seattle Seahawks, maybe we don’t need to play this game and you miss out, that is what’s going to come back to bite you in the tail.”

In my opinion Pierce is out of line in questioning the injuries of Justin Tuck and Brandon Jacobs; both players have played with injured in the past so I don’t see how you can challenge them.  Especially Tuck’s injury, Pierce should know better since a neck injury ended his career with the Giants.  I don’t mind questioning if the team was prepared or not, or even questioning effort… Injuries is a different story because you just don’t know, neither player has done anything in their careers where you should challenge how tough they are.

Then on top of that Pierce accuses Tuck and Jacobs of skipping on the Seahawks game because they overlooked Seattle; but hey it’s all good because Pierce states he really doesn’t know if that is true or not and that he doesn’t “question guys”.

GTFOH Pierce!!!!

If you gonna step up and call people out, go all the way with it!  Don’t speculate and pussy foot around it, that’s wack!  Give your former teammates the common courtesy and hit them up before trying to splash on sports talk radio!!

See You Next Season Yankees…..

Now y’all know I enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers eliminate the NY Yankees, I told many Yankee fans that they were not going to win World Series #28 this season.  During the regular season you can have all the offense you want but in the playoffs it’s about pitching.  Even though the Tigers led this entire game the announcers always reminded the viewers how powerful the Yankee lineup was, but it was the Tigers’ pitching that tamed the vaunted Yankee offense.

Yankee fans only have to look at the failures of Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez, most if not all Yankee fans will blame ARod but you have to look at Jeter’s failures as well.  At least ARod has some sort of excuse as he battled injuries in the 2nd half of the season (Knee and Thumb)….

What’s Jeter’s excuse????

Minka Kelly?

HAHA!!!!

Yes I know, 1st thing Yankee fans will say to me… Where are your Mets?

And I will say, “Going fishing with your Yankees!!!”

Ok ok, I’ll stop… But before I go I want to play a tribute to all Yankee fans, y’all should be familiar with this after a Yankees’ loss

HAHA…..

Takeover Thursdays – Herman Cain “The Real Black Man”, LMAO!!!

"The Real Black Man"

It trips me out how Herman Cain REALLY believes that he is more Black than President Barack Obama and that Black folks that don’t want to listen to his ideas have been brainwashed by Democrats.  If you haven’t been paying attention Cain is trying to win the Republican nomination to run against President Obama in 2012.  Cain is a politician/columnist who is the former chairman and CEO of Godfather’s Pizza, and according to him his past experience would make him a better president than Obama.

Ummm….

So I can’t lie when I heard this kat was a the chairman and CEO of pizza chain I was hesitant to listen to his ideas; I don’t know maybe it was the idea of the former head of a pizza chain possibly sitting down with Israel and Palestine trying to hammer out peace… That caused the hesitation, HAHA!!

With that said I was still willing to hear this man out….

Well, that was until I started to hear Cain talk about being “The Real Black Man”, and how if he had Cancer now he would die because of President Obama passing the Affordable Care Act.

What???

This is the type of silliness that leads me to tune out the nutbag Republican candidates.  I am willing to listen to anyone who has ideas, but I can’t sit there and give any credibility to those who talk nonsense just to make a splash in the media or get some attention from the extreme Right-Wing of the Republican party.  Yes, I’m Democrat who fully supports President Obama but at the same time I realize Obama is not perfect and I am open to hearing new ideas.  Instead we have the Godfather of pizza trying to tell me that as a Black person my support of Democrats can only mean that I have been brainwashed, GTFOH!!!!

Word of advice for Mr. Cain, there is no need to go off the deep end like Perry or Bachmann.  Stick to the real message of jobs, reforming entitlements and the tax code; actually Cain might want to fall back on tax code reform.  I say that because his 9-9-9 tax plan is a great sound bite, BUT as a plan is lacking.

Also Cain should stop referring to Occupy Wall Street (#OccupyWallStreet or #OWS) protesters as Un-American:

“Don’t blame Wall Street, don’t blame the big banks, if you don’t have a job and you’re not rich, blame yourself!”

“It is not a person’s fault if they succeeded, it is a person’s fault if they failed.”

Herman Cain seems to have a short memory when it comes to the damage Wall Street caused in the crash of 2008 which caused many Americans to lose their job.

But I guess I have to be careful who I laugh at, currently Cain  is the GOP front-runner in many polls.  SMH, we will see if the so-called “Real Black Man” can stand the spotlight of being the “Top Dawg”.
